Frequently asked questions
Short answers about our services, prices, free concepts and common website problems.
What does Pro Web Developers do?
We design new websites and repair old ones for small businesses. Most jobs cover the mobile layout, HTTPS, speed and Google basics such as page titles and structured data.
Do you offer a free sample?
Yes. We can build a free homepage concept from your business's public details, so you can see the result before you spend anything. There is no obligation.
How much does a website cost?
Our starting prices are on the services page: Website Rescue from $590, New Website from $1,490 and Premium Animated from $2,900. Every job gets a written quote after a short look at your current site.
Can you fix my existing site instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes. We check your site first and tell you honestly whether a repair or a rebuild is the cheaper way to get the result you want.
Why does my site say "Not secure"?
Your pages load without HTTPS, or the HTTPS certificate has a problem. A valid certificate plus a redirect from http:// to https:// fixes it in most cases.
Will a new site help my Google ranking?
A fast, mobile-friendly, clearly written site gives Google better pages to show, and that can help. Nobody can honestly guarantee a ranking, and we will not promise one.
Do I keep ownership of my domain and site?
Yes. Your domain stays registered in your name, and the finished site belongs to you.
Do you work outside the US?
Yes. We work remotely with small businesses in English-speaking countries, including the US, the UK and Ireland.
How do I know if my site was hacked?
Common signs are strange links or pages in Google results, redirects to other sites, browser warnings, or a security message in Google Search Console. Ask us for a free check if you are unsure.
How long does a new site take?
It depends on the number of pages and how quickly the content is ready. We agree a timeline in the written quote before work starts.
Still have a question?
Send us your web address. We'll look at it and tell you in plain English whether it has this problem, what else we notice, and what a fix would involve. Free, with no obligation.
